Execution of orders :

All orders paid for by credit card or Paypal, with a carrier received within the hours of 10:00 Italian, are dispatched the same day.

Orders with payment with bank transfer, are processed within 24 hours of the credit on our current account ( DHL and GLS ).

All the order ( Italy ), payment on delivery) will be dispatched after the order has already been paid, but not more than 24 hours. ( always remains at our discretion the decision to fulfill an order on delivery ).

All Motion Eliggi Umberto will trigger the shipment procedures with the utmost haste, and in any event within 48 hours from the confirmation of the completion of the purchase process (i.e. the time of Billing of the order).
All delivery costs are charged to the customer at the cost indicated at the time of completion of the order. Deliveries are normally made by Courier ,DHL , GLS, All Motion Eliggi Umberto reserves the right to deliver the products ordered by a carrier other than those mentioned. The delivery terms indicated in the tab of each product must be considered binding for the Entire Motion of Eliggi Umberto, which can subsequently confirm or modify them according to your actual needs.
The delivery times are indicative. The shipping may take up to 30 days to be completed. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the Products or to claim damages of any sort of compensation. All Motion Eliggi Umberto undertakes to ship within thirty days from the acceptance of the order, after this period All Motion Eliggi Umberto informs the consumer, according to the article 4, comma 1 of D. L. 22-05-1999 No. 185, and shall refund any amounts already received, unless other explicit agreements. Do not accept complaints after 7 days from delivery.

At the time of delivery, or held in deposit,the customer is obliged to check:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document
  • the correspondence between the identity and the quality of the products, if indicated on the packaging, as specified in the order made , ( notice of partial shipment)
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered


The invoice or Receipt, contained in the special envelope attached to the outside or inside of one of the hills, it should be detached and preserved. The mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, as well as the loss or damage, must be immediately contested to the carrier, the goods, if withdrawn, must be withdrawn "with reserve".

If the package is damaged or tampered with , do it to the carrier and signed with the reserve.
