Producto recibido incompleto

He recibido el producto sin las fijaciones de mordaza. Lo grave no es eso sino que después de dos correos electrónicos y un watsapp más dos mensajes via web, no he recibido respuesta más allá de la automática. Me siento decepcionado por el servicio. El producto ya lo conocía y está bien (si viene completo, claro)
